With over over 30 years experience within Adult Health and Social Care; empowering people to take control of their finances and well-being is what we do best. We set up Cheshire Independent Agents in early 2018 to encourage and support people to increase their income, plan for their future and to ease the pressures of money management.
LISA GORDON
Lisa has a wealth of knowledge in strategic and operational planning within Adult Health & Social Care. Experienced in delivering projects to vulnerable adults in Cheshire, she also gives extensive support to adults on a 1-2-1 basis. This includes providing confidential information and assistance for those in need of support to maintain their independence and to help make informed choices. With 10 years experience in supporting young people with Autism, she prides herself on helping individuals and families in difficult situations. "Knowledge is a powerful thing" and Lisa has gained great experience over the past 20 years working in the caring industry and charity sector. Assisting various people from, dealing with the complexities of completing their Lasting Power of Attorney, to improving individuals income significantly and subsequently their quality of life. Lisa lives in Cheshire with her husband, family and "Flash" the Dog. She loves going to the gym, walking the dog and participating in charity events.

KELLY DRUCE
Kelly has over16 years experience in various health and social care roles. She most recently managed an outreach project which supported over 10,000 vulnerable adults to make informed choices, increase their income and maintain their independence.
A qualified counsellor; she is passionate about empowering positive outcomes and facilitating change. A keen advocate for the elderly and those with learning or mental health difficulties, Kelly prides herself on her holistic approach when working with clients.
"By looking at the bigger picture, small interventions can prevent massive life-changing circumstances. For example, a successful benefits application can mean the difference in someone remaining independent at home or having to move into residential care."
Kelly lives in Macclesfield with her husband and 3 children. She enjoys spending her weekends walking the families pet dogs and stopping off at a country pub or two.
